Returns Policy

Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.

This covers material and manufacturing defects or faults, including broken elastic, seams, snap fasteners.

The warranty excludes:
Normal wear and tear
Leakage or smells
Damage caused by misuse

Any defective products will need to be returned to us with proof of purchase and a Repair Form for repair or replacement. If replacement is required, the product will be replaced with another of the same colour and size (subject to availability).

If deemed unreasonable, misuse or fair wear and tear, products will be returned at the customer's expense.
